About Me

I utilize effective psychotherapeutic methods to instill
self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt a better
and deeper understanding of themselves and life's challenges.
It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic
pill or a quick fix. Therapy is a process, a journey that will
often take unplanned detours. It necessitates participation and
investment from the client and therapist alike. But in the end, making small
changes to self-defeating behaviour and coping with feelings of sadness, fear,
and pain can bring life-altering results. My background includes
working as a mental health nurse for over thirty years and as an
independent psychotherapist since 2006.
