Not quite ready...
It’s completely okay if you’re still feeling things out—starting therapy can bring up a lot of emotions and questions. If you're curious but not quite ready to dive in, we can take things slowly. You're welcome to book a single session just to explore what it might be like to work together, no pressure or long-term commitment. Even one conversation can offer some clarity or relief. Therapy doesn’t have to be all or nothing—it’s about meeting you where you are, at your pace.
That's why I offer a "walk-and-talk" option. We can meet somewhere mutually convenient { online as well if that helps} and talk informally. There's no pressure and no comittment.
